After a lot of confusing, emotional twists and turns to the story, I have - fortunately or unfortunately, who can tell? - decided, by forceful prompt, to go back home.
I was perfectly contented going back home just two days ago but then my mom disowned me. Gotta say that put a real damper on my spirits. And when I tried to cancel my ticket, my conscience wouldn't let me upon seeing the INCREDIBLE (incredibly bullshitty) penalty fee I'd have to pay if I had to do so. Let's just say it's half of my multi-trip ticket price. =O
Anyways, I'm going traveling again.
Present location: Burnaby, BC, Canada. = NORTH AMERICA
Location in little more than 20 hours: Hong Kong. = ASIA
I'll be in Hong Kong from Thursday (the 10th of Jan) to Sunday (the 13th), and then I'll jet it back to Singapore, the country I was born in and lived in for 10 years (not consecutively). And just a quick snapshot into my future plans - departing for a 5-day trip in Japan on the 22nd of March and then flying back to the great city of Vancouver!
I will be updating my blog as much as possible. It's always great to document memories 'cause you'll never know what crazy thing you'll chance upon looking back. =)
